How do I enquire for services or receive a quote?

Our Business Development Team typically responds to service and quotation inquiries within 24 hours. However, if your request requires input from Medi Sense Clinic’s medical team – such as specific clinical requirements or complex assessments – the response time may extend to 48–72 hours, depending on the nature of the query.

To schedule any service at Medi Sense Clinic, once the quotation or proposal is confirmed, the candidate or the company representative must notify our clinic coordinators via email at least 48–72 hours in advance with tentative appointment dates. Coordination will be facilitated by our Business Development Team, who will introduce the designated Clinic Coordinators.

Our Clinic Coordinators will respond to your appointment request within 24 to 48 working hours, subject to confirmation from your medical insurance provider, if applicable.

Most medical check-ups at Medi Sense Clinic are completed within 1 to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the tests involved. However, the visit may take longer if the consulting doctor recommends additional investigations based on initial findings or if further tests are requested by you.

We recommend booking your appointment in the morning, especially if your service includes fasting blood tests, as this allows all required investigations to be completed in a single visit. If fasting is necessary, you’ll need to fast for 8–10 hours prior to your appointment. Detailed instructions will be provided in your appointment confirmation email from Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators.

Yes, RTA public parking is available near and around the building where Medi Sense Clinic is located. A location map and detailed directions to reach the clinic will be shared in the appointment confirmation email by our Clinic Coordinators.

Please bring a valid identification document such as your Emirates ID, passport copy, or driving license, along with your medical insurance card. These are required for registration at the clinic reception. If you have any previous medical records that may support your current health condition, we recommend bringing them along and sharing them with the consulting doctor during your visit.

Yes. Prior to your visit, our Clinic Coordinators will share a set of required forms, including the Registration Form, General Consent Form, General Evaluation Form, and any specific medical questionnaires relevant to your scheduled check-up. These forms must be completed and returned via email to the Coordinator before your appointment at Medi Sense Clinic to ensure a smooth registration and consultation process.

If your requested services are to be covered under medical insurance, please share a copy of your insurance card with our Clinic Coordinators during your appointment scheduling. You will also need to bring the original insurance card or your emirates ID and present it at the clinic reception on the day of your visit for verification and processing.

Monday – Friday – 07:00 AM to 04:00 pm & Saturday 07:30 AM to 01:00 PM.

If not already submitted via email, you will be required to complete and submit the following forms at the clinic reception on the day of your appointment:

  • Registration Form General Consent Form
  • General Evaluation Form
  • Specific medical questionnaires related to your scheduled check-up

All forms are electronically fillable, so we recommend completing and returning them to the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators in response to your appointment confirmation email to avoid delays at check-in.

At Medi Sense Clinic, we offer multiple payment methods based on how your services are arranged:

  • Corporate Clients: If your appointment is booked through your employer, invoices will be forwarded directly to your company based on the agreed terms.
  • Insurance Coverage: If your service is covered by medical insurance, invoices will be submitted directly to your insurance provider according to your policy. You will only be required to pay the co-pay or deductible, if applicable, as stated on your insurance card or as confirmed during the pre-approval process.
  • Self-Payment (Cash/Card): If you are paying privately, all invoices must be settled before leaving the clinic. We accept cash as well as Visa and MasterCard payments.

Yes, your medical reports can be shared with another person only with your prior written authorization. To do this, you must submit a pre-authorization request to Medi Sense Clinic.
The authorization form is available through our Clinic Coordinators, who will guide you through the process. Alternatively, you may send an email from your registered email address, clearly stating the name and details of the person authorized to collect or receive your medical report.

Medical reports from Medi Sense Clinic are generally released within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the complexity of the check-up. In some cases, earlier release may be possible based on the service type or upon special request. All reports are issued in line with strict confidentiality protocols:

  • Soft copies of your report will be emailed in password-protected PDF format. For security, the report and the password will be sent in two separate emails.
  • Hard copies of reports can be collected in person, upon request.
  • Any delays in report delivery will be promptly communicated by our Clinic Coordinators.

Each medical report includes:

  • Results of all investigations
  • Interpretation of findings
  • Doctor’s recommendations and prescriptions (if applicable)
  • Final medical conclusions

As per Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, polyclinics like Medi Sense Clinic are not permitted to serve food or beverages through an internal pantry.
We kindly ask patients to bring their own refreshments, especially if their visit includes fasting tests. Food and drinks may be consumed in a designated area within the clinic, but only after clearance is provided by our medical staff to ensure that fasting-related procedures have been completed.
