Occupational Medicine Services – Clinic based

Occupational-related medical assessments: Pre-employment & Periodical Medical Assessments (Health Screening)

Occupational Health Assessments

For those who are recorded with long absenteeism, repeated sick leaves, or surgical intervention, or other long-term treatments where medical or health-related concerns are raised Includes: 

  • Return-to-Work Medicals
  • Medical Fitness for Duty etc.

These evaluations are led by Occupational Medicine Specialists who assess fitness, recommend work modifications (if needed), and issue official medical fitness certifications.

Exit Medicals

Medical assessments at the end of employment to:

  • Establish baseline health status at the time of departure
  • Document whether health has been impacted by occupational exposure
  • Protect against post-employment health-related claims

Travel Medicine & Vaccination Programs

Before finalizing any package, Medi Sense Clinic conducts a detailed Workplace Risk Assessment in confirmation with client and/ or requires the submission of a Hazard Risk Exposure Form. This process ensures a holistic understanding of the work environment, allowing us to build effective, targeted screening protocols that protect

your employees and support your compliance framework.

Occupational Medicine On-site Services

Medi Sense Clinic extends its Occupational Medicine Services directly to company premises for convenience, efficiency, and enhanced workforce participation. All services are provided under DHA licensing and led by qualified occupational health professionals.

Workplace Risk Assessments

An Occupational Medicine Team visit the site to assess and document:

  • Physical and chemical exposure risks
  • Process flow observations
  • Safety and ergonomic gaps

Outcome: A formal Work Risk Report with recommendations submitted within 10 working days.

Ergonomic Risk Assessments

a) General Ergonomics

  • Review Visual inspection of operational workflow and workplace layout
  • Report outlining ergonomic risk factors

b) Individual Workstation Assessments

  • Detailed evaluation of employees’ desks, chairs, equipment, and posture
  • Conducted for a maximum of 5 hours/day onsite

On-site Toxicological & Hazard Exposure Screening
