A healthcare practitioner with a degree of Doctor of Medicine from a premier university in the Philippines with a total of 25 years professional practice. In 2009, he started his practice in Dubai UAE as a General Physician including Occupational Health related medical services. He has completed his MBA Degree in Healthcare Management in 2020 from the Geneva Business School, Geneva Switzerland.
In 2019, Dr. Leonides attended a Post-Graduate Course for the Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) in the UK and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH).
Dr. Leonides is a registered and certified Oil & Gas UK (OGUK) Examining Physician providing medical for offshore workers. He is a certified Internal Auditor with certification in ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007. He has also completed his ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor Migration Training Course with certification.
